Douglas and Sturgess - Return Policy

At Douglas and Sturgess we want you to be happy with the items you have purchased from us. If you are not satisfied with any product you have received it may be returned to us provided the product(s) meets the following conditions.

1. Product(s) MUST be in original, unused, unopened and resellable condition and have all warranty cards included without modification. Damaged, abused, scuffed, scratched, worn or modified products or their packaging will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to customer. (please contact us for items that have been damaged in shipment)

2. You must obtain an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number from us prior to returning any item(s) to us. No product(s) will be accepted without an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please call us at (510) 235-8411 or send us an email. Please provide us your order number, item description and/or part number, quantity to return and reason for return.

3. We do not credit original shipping charges or reimburse return shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender. We highly recommend you use a carrier that will provide you a tracking number and/or proof of delivery receipt. We cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Upon acceptance of the return, credit will be issued to the credit card used to purchase product(s).

5. Orders refused at customer’s address will be charged the original shipping charges and may incur a 10% processing and restocking fee.

6. We reserve the right to amend or change our return policy at any time. All changes will be posted here on our website. The return policy in effect at the time the order is placed will apply to your return.
