DUX Slow-Set Gilding Size is a Gilders Oil designed for all leaf work where extended tack time is allowed, greater brilliance can be achieved by additional burnishing. Slow-Set Gilders Oil will be ready for gilding in 10-12 hours, depending upon temperature and humidity. The tack will hold up to 24 or more hours. The proper tack should be reached before application of leaf.
