Refund policy

 

1. All materials must be returned within 30 days and accompanied by the receipt
2. Plasters, gypsum cements and Buddy Rhodes products must be returned within 14 days.
3. All returns will incur a 10% handling/restocking charge.
4. Materials being returned must be in new/unused/unmarked/unopened condition
5. NO RETURNS on cut materials aerosol product nor media. (books, DVD's etc.)
6. Classes:  Classes are not refundable except if there is a separate materials charge, which is refundable if you miss a class or are unable to attend.  If we have to cancel a class because the minimum enrollment has not been met, the cost of the class will be refunded.  If you are inadvertently unable to attend a class that you have signed up for you will be issued a credit to apply towards future classes. 

If you need to return a product, you can bring it to one of our stores or ship it via UPS USPS, etc.  If the value of the product being returned is over $100 it may be prudent to purchase insurance.  Once the material has been received by us and it has been inspected a refund will be issued.
